Online exhibiting is a great way to reach potential customers via your easily customized online ”booth” web page. Using the EasyReg system and their pre-formatted web page, you can populate and personalize the booth to match your particular business/organization. You can also have interactive options like video embeds and chat, and drive traffic to your website or e-commerce site. To help drive traffic to exhibitor booths, we will be hosting an exhibitor scavenger hunt. Exhibitors are encouraged to donate a prize ($15 retail value or more) for the scavenger hunt. Exhibitors are responsible for shipping the prize to the winner. Exhibitors will be notified after the conference about who the winner is and how to arrange for delivery. If the exhibitor chooses to host their own prize draw on their booth page, the collection of personal information must follow FOIPPA regulations and the prize draw must allow for one free entry per person. Prize draws cannot require purchasing and/or registering for a product and/or service.

Non-profit exhibitors can donate a scavenger hunt prize that has a minimum retail value of $15 and receive a complimentary exhibiting booth. Exhibitors are responsible for delivering the prize to the winner. After the conference, exhibitors will be emailed the winner's name and email address.

To help drive traffic to the exhibitor booths, the conference organizers are hosting a scavenger hunt. Non-profit exhibitors will receive a complimentary exhibiting booth in exchange for donating a prize with a minimum retail value of $15. Sponsors may donate a prize for the letter hunt if they choose, but it is not required. Prizes may be an e-gift or gift card, swag, resources, books, or anything else. The exhibitor is responsible for any shipping and handling costs of delivering the prize to the winner. After the conference, exhibitors will receive the name and email address of the prize winner so that the exhibitor can arrange delivery of the prize.
